Research focus

-Postgraduate Education: Negotiation (Madrid, Spain); Mediation (USA, Ginebra: World Intellectual Property Organization); Arbitration, (Madrid, Ginebra:WIPO)

-Director of the Recognized Research group at ULPGC: “Conflict Management in Economic Sectors, Technology and Sustainability”.

-Author of numerous scientific publications focused on procedural law and ADR-ODR: mediation, arbitration and technology applied to economics; SDGs.

-More than 10,000 hours of training on Procedural law and ADR-ODR: mediation, arbitration, technology, economic sectors, SDGs.

-She has worked as a Lawyer, Mediator and Arbitrator. Former Judge at the Provincial Court of Las Palmas. Canary Islands.

-Director and Founder, SAMADR-ULPGC, Spain. Director and Founder, LAWS-TECH-LAB. Member: Bar Association, Spain. Member of the Association of Procedural Law Professors "Process and Guarantees". Membership of the panel of mediators/neutrals: Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation, Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center.

-We were selected for the presentation of a research project in Silicon Valley, San Jose, USA and Kelowna, Canada. In 2018, within the framework of the 1st World Congress on Arbitration, Mediation, Economics, Technology, Innovation, AMETI, held in Spain on September 25, 26, 27 and 28 and October 4 and 5, the Director of the Congress, Ms. Rosa Pérez Martell, together with the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee of the AMETI World Congress, received twoawards: The first one, from the University of tres de febreroUNTREF. The second, from the Argentine federation of professional councils of economics sciences, FACPCE. -Recognition "Top 10 Mediator Asia Pacific award winner by BIAMC” Bali International Arbitration and Mediation Center) 2.019.

-We started to strongly disseminate the Sustainable Development Goals within the framework of being a "Teach SDGs Ambassador". 2019.

-Training received recently (2021): UNWTO (about the “sharing economy” and sustainable tourism according to the principles of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development), WIPO and Ministry of Equality, Spain.
