Working in producing hydrogen gas from wastewater treatment plants. By using treated effluent to produce green hydrogen gas using PEM electrolyser and Alkaline electrolyser, or using the sludge to produce bio hydrogen gas using dark and photo fermentation processes. This research is focused first on optimization of the the technologies through the modelling and simulating the processes. Secondly the research focused on studying the environmental feasibility studies for all the selected technologies through using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Finally, this research focused on the economic feasibility studies by implementing the Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) and the levelling of hydrogen cost (LOHC).this will help to achieve the targets of SDGs and Oman vision 2040.
