Research focus
My research is directed to LGBTQIA+ Health, with a focus on Men who have sex with men and their interactions with technology and sex. I am a nurse graduated from the Federal University of Piauí. Master of Science from the Ribeirão Preto College of Nursing, University of São Paulo - USP, PhD student in Science from the Ribeirão Preto College of Nursing, University of São Paulo - USP, in cotutela (Double degree) with the National School of Public Health (ENSP), from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL), Lisbon, Portugal, with a current scholarship from CAPES (2019-2020). It is part of GEPECOPEn - Study Group and Research on Communication in the Nursing Process-USP, NUPCISS-Research Center for Infection Prevention and Control in Health Services-UFPI and GEVISA-Health Surveillance Study Group-UFPI. I am part of the editorial board of the journal Prevention of Infection and Health.
