Research focus

I am an Assistant Professor of Sustainability Science in the Department of the Environment, Geography and Marine Sciences at Southern Connecticut State University. My research and teaching focuses on the principles, policies, and practices of sustainability; informed by 'what works' approaches that are inclusive, equitable, and participatory. My research investigates the conceptual, practical, and applied dimensions of sustainability. I am interested in the socio-cultural dimensions of sustainability, public engagement with sustainable lifestyles, community-based sustainability, climate justice, and climate activism. I welcome academic collaborators looking to engage in sustainability-related research.
