Research focus
Omid currently works at the Department of Market Analysis, Thuenen federal institute. He holds two Ph.D. in applied economics and agricultural market analysis as well as three MSc in Agricultural/Natural Resource Economics, Financial Econometrics, and Rural Development (jointly by Ghent University, Belgium; Pretoria University, South Africa; Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany; Pisa University, Italy).
