Research focus

Apeh is interested in addressing the following questions:

Can early nutritional programming in ruminant animals position them for reduced methane production later in life? Can we develop feed biotechnologies to improve pasture and feed utilization and reduce environmental consequences? Can these nutritional strategies help establish beneficial ruminal health and microbiota communities?
