Research focus
Since gaining my doctorate, I have worked as a director of research for a research institute in Beijing and am due to start a new position as assistant professor of international schooling with the Graduate School of Education, Beijing Foreign Studies University. My research interests include the internationalisation of private secondary education, professional development for English teachers, social justice methodologies (including the funds of identity and funds of knowledge approaches).
